USBA and Reliance Global Group?

USBA is owned by its parent company Reliance Global Group (RGG). RGG is a holding company with over 30 years experience in investment
properties and 10 years experience in various insurance industries.

In 2018, RGG combined two acquired regional General Agencies together, added more products and The Referral Depot, and renamed them US Benefits Alliance. This allowed RGG to expand its presence as a national General Agency and FMO, offering most of its products in all 50 states.
